Overview

Our cancelation policy lasts until 24 hours prior to your booking or event. If there are less than 24 hours before your booking or event, we cannot offer you the opportunity to cancel. You may reschedule any time up 12 hours before your booking and to a time slot that is open at the time of the rescheduling. To complete your cancelation, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

We do not allow the returns of the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Pickleball Balls
  • Apparel

Refunds

Once your cancelation is approved and confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have confirmed your cancelation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are within the 24 hour period we will not be able to approve your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
